Christopher Landry Sentenced to 19 years-life for Rape and Gross Sexual Imposition

(HAMILTON, OH) Christopher Landry, a thirty-one year old Middletown man, was sentenced to an indefinite term of nineteen years to life in prison today for Rape and Gross Sexual Imposition, by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Andrew Nastoff. Landry, convicted of raping an eight year old child and fondling a ten year old child during 2007 and 2008, will also be labeled a Tier III Sex Offender. Should Landry ever be released from prison, he would be required to report to the Sheriff every ninety-days for the rest of his life. Prosecutor Piper stated, “There isn’t enough punishment for a man who puts his hands on innocent little children. In coming forward with their truth, these heroic little girls prevented others from becoming victims. For the damage and hardship he has caused, Landry deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison.”
