Christina Pawlowsky Sentenced to 3-Years for Aggravated Theft

(HAMILTON, OH) Prosecutor Piper announces the successful prosecution of Christina Pawlowsky, a thirty-two year old, West Chester woman was sentenced yesterday to three years in prison for Aggravated Theft, a third degree felony by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Keith Spaeth. Pawlowsky, employed by Nergeco USA Incorporated in West Chester since 2005, was convicted of purchasing items with company credit cards and writing company checks to her husband, stealing $347,393.00 from her employer over a three year period. Prosecutor Piper stated, “With today’s economy, employers are struggling to stay in business. Stealing over $300,000 from a business is a crime that could shut it down and other employees would have lost their jobs. I am proud of our White Collar Crime Unit that works hard to protect businesses and the innocent people hurt by white collar crime.”
