25-Year Old Fairfield Man Sentenced to 5 Years for Pandering Involving a Minor

Twenty-five year old Anthony Gorsuch of Fairfield was sentenced to five years in prison today by the Honorable Judge Keith Spaeth. Gorsuch pled guilty in January to five counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor for filming and possessing a film of a seventeen year old engaging in sexual activity.

Prosecutor Piper stated in regard to the sentencing, “Mr. Gorsuch’s indecent behavior needs to stop and Judge Spaeth’s sentence is a loud pronouncement that Butler County Courts won’t tolerate such behavior.”

Upon his release from prison, Gorsuch will be required to register with the Sheriff every 180 days for twenty-five years.

“This type of crime is hurtful in a variety of ways and a strong sentence like this one puts any purveyors of perversion on notice,” Prosecutor Piper concluded.
