NEWS RELEASE...
Justice Eve Stratton addressed the Middletown Rotary club on Tuesday, August 19, 2008. Justice Stratton,who chairs the Supreme Court’s Ohio Advisory Committee on Mental Illness and the Courts, commended Butler County for their efforts in recognizing the variety of challenges defendants face when their crimes also involve mental health issues or substance abuse. Justice Stratton specifically mentioned the efforts of Judge Campbell of Fairfield, the CDAT program in Judge Spaeth's court, and Judge Sage's accomplishments with the SAMI court.
